The hotel is very close to the river. There are many restaurants nearby, i found it easy to find good meals. The staff were all very helpful (i was very impressed).
The shower lacked power and took longer than expected. There were not enough beds near the pool. I noticed a long walk from reception to my room, down and up stairs with luggage.

the location were great. many restaurants existed nearby and the walk along the quay were nice. i liked rooms size. the bathrooms were clean. the staff members were friendly and helpful to all the guests.
the hotel entrance lobby smelled strongly.

the hotel sits across from the mtr station. cafes and restaurants are easily accessible. fort canning and the tiong bahru bakery are morning highlights for a perfect morning walk. it provides an excellent position for exploring the area.

coffee and tea is available in each room. a fabulous breakfast made it hard to choose. afternoon tea and happy hour included a variety of small foods. i found these inclusions worth having.

The pool lacked enough beds. It became REALLY difficult to find a place to relax. the shower was bad. Water pressure was weak. it took forever to shower. It was annoying.

The location was perfect. It allowed me to easily travel around. the staff was friendly, especially since i arrived about three hours before check-in. i also had a late flight, so the facilities available after a full day exploring the city were useful. the pool area is really nice!!!
I found the shower in the room dreadful. It lacked power. it took twice as long to shower properly. this was an inconvenience.

Fantastic Stay!

I totally loved the location, super close to chinatown and little india. breakfast rocked and the staff were so helpful. We really enjoyed having a bunch of amenities to use. this visit was amazing and we are totally planning to come back for another stay.
The shower really lacked power. It took forever to properly shower. this made mornings a bit of a drag, but everything else was still great (besides that, it was great!).
